Unlike other music servers that require complex third-party control systems, the Folio does not need to have a computer running alongside or be connected to a TV screen. Every function is operated by an elegant hand-held colour touchscreen Nokia web tablet.

As soon as a CD is loaded it automatically starts to rip to the hard drive, indexing your music in a matter of minutes. Any track can then be called up by artist, album, year, or even album cover, in seconds. Whilst ripping you can still play other tracks and browse on the control tablet to cue up music and organise playlists.
Playlists can be created using any criteria - whole CDs, selected tracks, a selected artist or a particular year. Once a playlist has been created, just press play and the music will flow seamlessly - ideal for entertaining or a party.
